WHAT WE DO
As your expert coordinator, we manage all your suppliers on the day and ensure everything is as you've planned.
We help set up DIY elements, deliver gifts, collect bags from hotel rooms, ferry things between locations, and straighten up everything as we go. We also look after the bridal party and help ensure Nan gets a seat in the front row. Think of us as your eyes and ears, so you can be present.

Your wedding coordinator becomes the port-of-call, so you're not trying to explain to directions to the florist while the makeup artist is trying to perfect that eyeliner. With us, you’ll know everything will go according to plan.
HOW IT WORKS
Your coordination will meet you four to six weeks before the wedding for a full briefing and handover. We then create your wedding run sheet, down to the minute, and liaise with suppliers to confirm timings and contact details.
On the day, your coordinator will oversee the setup and manage all your contacts. Aka all the nitty gritty stuff, so the day goes as you’ve planned.
